After completing his education in his home state of Pennsylvania, Fred began his career in the finance industry with ITT Financial Services, where he excelled for 13 years as VP Operations. Moving into real estate sales, he worked with banks, lending institutions and real estate firms to manage their bank owned properties. Fred honed his skills at renovating and repairing these homes to increase the appeal to buyers and sell those properties for top dollar and reduce time on the market.

List Ready Renovation brings these same concepts together to assist homeowners to quickly prepare their home for sale, expedite the closing date and net maximum proceeds.

In his free time, Fred enjoys walking his dogs, grilling a good steak and bourbon tasting. He stays in shape, keeping up with his grandchildren.
